does knocommerce do something clever that you wouldn't get if you built something custom? It's just a simple form right?

We've not invested in triple whale yet but it may be time soon

I did use Octane in the paste! They're good but it's more a quiz for product recommendations rather than the post-purchase pop-up

Octane looks good and for some new products we are launching it could be great. This is more to validate where sales are coming from.
