Morning community - can anyone recommend a good 3PL in the UK & Europe? My current provider covers us across the UK & Europe but the European operation in the Netherlands is letting us down from a service point of view and the storage charges across both sites is crazy - almost 5x what we pay in the US and Canada. If anyone has any recommendations that would be amazing. Or does anyone have their own warehouse or thinking about setting one up that would be interested in a joint venture in cost sharing? Any suggestions would be amazing! thanks guys!

Interesting as we have been looking at RichPanel and we are on Gorgias.

The issue we have with Gorgias is if a customer sends multiple tickets through it bumps their ticket to the back of the queue and ultimately means longer response time...have you guys come across this and is there a way of fixing it? Gorgias have said their isnt? which seems fundamental in having a customer services platform that flags tickets that are urgent/people emailing multiple times?

HI Fred - haven't created a help centre/faq content using gorgias, we have just created a customer service manual thats very easy to use for CS agents using Gorgias. But...but this is very specific to my business. happy to talk you through it if you think its useful.

On another Gorgias related point, has anyone embedded their AI response tool? We have tried and i'm not loving it and wondered if its worth persisting with when we are quieter?

Hi Jess, whenever we have done artist colabs we have always found it a) cheaper and b) less hassle in agreeing an up front price for the design that can be used in a number of ways. They might even like the exposure as much as you like their designs so try and strike a deal to keep costs down and protect your margin. Thats always worked for us. Good luck!

Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience importing from Vietnam? Trying to find someone who can help me with getting my product signed off as a product of Vietnam. This would enable me to benefit from zero duties under the free trade agreement. I've contacted the dept of intl trade in the UK, the UK trade contact in Vietnam and no one seems to be able to help me?!

Hi Rachel, we do pre-orders every year for next season's line. We open pre-orders from September and our stock doesn't usually land until end October, early November. Great way of getting additional revenue through the door before the stock lands.
Only advice I would give is if there are stock delays, ensure you communicate this with your customers in a friendly, human way. They can handle delays as long as they are kept in the loop! The issue we had in the past is where we didnt communicate in enough and customers got fed up of waiting!

Hey guys, nice to meet you! I'm Nick, Co-Founder of retro-inspired skiwear company OOSC (www.oosc-clothing.com). We make sustainable skiwear, gymwear & swimwear and sell to about 110 different countries direct off our shopify websites and also stocked on retailers such as ASOS, Zalando, Macys, Decathlon etc. All our products are made from either recycled polyester from plastic bottles or nylon from sea waste, so very much banging the sustainability drum as well.

Nice to connect with you all and looking forward to getting to know you! I'm based in London so would be great to do a LDN drink at some point?

Straight in with a question...anyone got any experience with importing from Vietnam using the Free Trade Agreement (which doesn't appear to be free in my case...!?!)

Cheers!
