HI Fred - haven't created a help centre/faq content using gorgias, we have just created a customer service manual thats very easy to use for CS agents using Gorgias. But...but this is very specific to my business. happy to talk you through it if you think its useful.
On another Gorgias related point, has anyone embedded their AI response tool? We have tried and i'm not loving it and wondered if its worth persisting with when we are quieter?

We use the AI agent. If at the tag / name you make it clear it’s a bot and customers can request an agent I think it’s quite good
