Hi Amit - here are my comments. Deck looks great nice improvement from the original draft.
• Reduce the text on slide 1 or increase the size of description under "Who We Are"
• Would love to quantify the problem. "quality records can take months or years to be created for regulatory submissions" what does this result in? Resulting in hundreds of thousands of lost dollars, cost, etc. I know you have this on slide 17 but the earlier you can hammer this pain point the more you'll hook potential investors to keep reading.
• Where is that 10% number of the $50b global compliance market coming from? Why 10% and not 20% or 5%?
• Keeping all 25 slides is important but would love to find a way to reduce to 12 key slides for initial reachout
• Instead of "12 months Runway" what is that $1,000,000 going to be utilized for? Is that development? Sales? Outreach?
• Would consider removing slide 24 with the pablo picasso quote. Nice quote, but not sure if it adds as much value to the presentation.
