I’m a global C-suite exec with 25+ years in strategy and finance—across startups, public companies, and everything in between. I’ve led biotech/medtech ventures as CEO/founder, driven cross-border M&A deals totaling over $10B across multiple sectors, and now advise early-stage founders on capital strategy, investor readiness, team dynamics, and strategic capital allocation. Having professional stints in Europe and Asia gave me a truly global lens and a deep appreciation for operating across markets and cultures. I’m a stand-up comedian and producer with over 15 years of experience, and I’m also the founder of Web3 is a Joke—a groundbreaking platform where I bring humor to the complex world of blockchain and crypto. Why I Joined Gildre:

Also side note..I really enjoyed my chat with Taiga first time we chatted and this was a less creepy way to stalk him (just kidding...or am I?)

Hello everyone! I’m happy to become part of the Gildre community and excited to see where I am able to help.
About Me:
· I’m born and raised in Chicago where I still reside today in the West Loop with my wife and doggo and have watched the area transform quite a bit
• I have been supporting operations and leadership for small-mid companies for ~10 years
• I love to travel and try to visit a new country each year with the goal of visiting my 50th by 2030 and am definitely open to conversations/suggestions on locations
What I’m working on:
• I work with businesses that have a “getting better agenda” and welcome the strategic perspective of operations to transform it from a hindrance to a growth tool and talent attractor and retainer
• Building out my network to gain more attendance at events I host
• I partner with several non-profits for both personal and professional reasons and volunteer at local non-profits a few times a year
• I am currently in the very beginning stages of obtaining my personal pilots license having grown up in and around the aerospace industry and often traveling
How I can help:
• I work with organizations 2-200 employees and remove items that take up time and don’t make any money and insulate businesses from employer related risks while offering benefits we’re unable to make a profit on passing savings directly to the client
• We provide a free financial analysis for companies to help with cash-flow, forecasting and strategy
• I and my company are often hosting networking events, sports outings, happy hours, etc. to help build our networks and make introductions
• We have a great referral program as we’re a networking first company looking to have conversations on where/if we can help
Why I was interested in joining Gildre:
• It seems to be a great community of people who share a genuine interest in growing their business, networking and helping their peers
Where I could use support:
• Networking and getting in touch with owners/leaders that are looking for solutions to problems and strategies for growth
