Also, if you haven't been able to attend the first three sessions, you'll want to at least go through the first three presentations to get oriented. This is a great start, Kolleen. What is missing is the Support- the 4th blank in the template. What is it that supports or proves your ability to deliver on your brand promise? From "that" on is a list of benefits. Try to condense that and add the support/proof.

I'm not a lawyer, but from what I understand, SAFE is an equity agreement, where convertible notes are a debt instrument. SAFE avoids debt and is easy to convert. However, some early investors prefer the debt structure of convertibles. SAFEs have valuation caps, which is good for investors, while convertibles impact founder dilution.
I do know that SAFEs are fast and easy to structure and execute. Always consult a good attorney.
