For us Import4You has a few advantages:
- book AIR and SEA (FCL / LCL) shipments directly into their portal without having to contact anybody
- forward the received shipment labels, which are received immediately after confirming the booking, from our e-mail directly to our suppliers
- warehousing including an easy-to-use platform to manage warehouse shipments
- amazing service
I don't know how their prices compare these days because I haven't compared lately. But you can check their prices direclty on their website.

We are currently looking for an Amazon agency to help us launch one of our best-selling products on Amazon DE. After speaking with several agencies we are leaning towards Brandsom, a Dutch agency specializing in platform marketing.
While we prefer working with Brandsom we feel that their pricing and contract terms may not fully align with the level of work and risk involved on their end.
Their offer for managing 1 to 3 products on Amazon DE (including listing optimization, keyword research, PPC management, etc.):
• 12-month contract
• €750 fixed monthly fee
• 7% variable monthly fee (up to €25,000 monthly GMV)
Their projected first-year sales forecast is approximately €80,000 in gross revenue. With the projected sales, agency fees and expected Ad costs we would be at approximately €15.000 loss for the first year.
We have a few questions and would love to hear your thoughts:
1. What do you think about the 12-month contract? Would a 6-month period be more reasonable for the agency to prove themselves?
2. How do you feel about the fixed and variable fee structure + prices?
3. Does anyone have experience with Brandsom, or know someone who has?
4. Any other insights or suggestions for launching on Amazon DE are more than welcome!

I agree with the credit account with your current bank. It took some time and hassle to get, but once obtained it's very useful.

We have used about a month ago. I have been very satisfied with pricing and delivery. He sent a thorough report with possible infringement and suggestions for the next steps. Delivery took a little longer than I anticipated but was still quite fast.
