I remember about a year ago using helium 10's review& feedback request tool and having to go into amazon request a review settings and make a manual edit. Or something along these lines. Does anyone remember anything similar? Or did amazon make changes to where that isn't necessary anymore?

I ordered from a brand called Quince the other day (very affordable cashmere clothing)

I noticed it was shipped directly from Hong Kong but arrived in the US within 5 business days. Shipping was no more than $10.

Has anyone had experience with running affordable DTC shipping directly from china? If so, would love to learn more.

Is it possible to convert current parent ASINS into a child under another parent Asin?

I have a few variations of a product in which the difference is really just color.

I’m starting to think it may be better to have them under the Hero parent sku that already has thousands of reviews and high rank, rather than start 3 new parent ASINS and gather reviews, rank, etc..

But, will I lose out in marketing capabilities such as brand storefront product collection, multiple product / display ads…

Would love to hear people’s thoughts on this.

Listed product and it was available for sell for a few days, then suddenly Amazon marked it as inactive and said I need to request approval to sell this product (protein supplement). When I go to request approval, it doesn’t allow me too.

Does the “buy with prime” button on Shopify affect tracking data for ad conversions?

For instance if I drive traffic from meta to Shopify, but the customer checks out with “buy with prime” will it still show as conversion?

3 recent shipments to FBA have been marked as 0 units received & the shipments were closed.

I’ve never had this happen before. Any one experiencing the same issue? Not sure if this is my 3PL’s mistake or Amazon is having an issue.

I shipped two difference SKU’s over 3.5 weeks ago but they still haven’t been checked in.

Sent in a 3rd SKU last week & it was checked in almost immediately,

Recent FBA shipments have been taking over 7-10 days to be checked in. Some over 15-20 days. This has never happened with me.

Any one else? Glitch in the system? Maybe my warehouse is making a mistake?

Does anyone have any hacks for how to change brand name from “Generic” to the registered brand name for a listing that is already live?

I swear I did this easily with one of my companies, but now Amazon is saying I’d have to delete the listing in order to customize the new registered brand name.

Does anyone ever have shipping issues where the customer cancels, or you have delayed shipping issue in which leads to a label being purchased but not being used? I occasionally have this, but the process is so tedious to go through and make sure I’m getting refunded on each label that wasn’t used.

Any suggestions?

Hire someone to launch the product on Amazon & capitalize. Think Long term. If you think the product is just a trend via drop shipping then why not wholesale. But if not, I’d do it myself.
