Before LVB, we often turned off next‑day delivery in some periods to avoid strike penalties for missed promises when we'd have issues

That's the main reason we switched to LVB, so that we can have next-day delivery on 100% of the time with no worries (we do believe next-day is important to win, haven't measured impact) -- this made the decision to switch to LVB easier for us
