Hi Koen, we do what you're doing (option b), but in my Rituals time we used an agency (jhuijgen@transperfect.com which we are considering to use again now. A bit more expensive, but when opening several markets with site translations and writing newsletters in local languages, it might be worth to set it up properly with an agency. Hi Johnpaul, B2C we are on Shopify plus, and for b2b we explored it, but decided to go for Salesforce. Key reason was that Shopify cannot handle differerent product-pricing schemes for different customer segments.

Hi all, we're starting to prepare for our series B funding round, and I was wondering if anyone has gotten their hands on an inspiring series B strategy deck (30-50 pager, typically created by McKinsey/Bain/etc), and is willing & able to share? Ideally in consumer products / omni-channel environment 😬. A sanitized version is fine, I'm looking for some inspiration for the build-up of the story-line, some graphs/models used, and get a feel for the typical level of detail and financial evidence that PE investors look for in a fundraising deck.
