Ai will take out the junior and middle staff. The management will take a bigger pie. Time strapped founders will still need agencies to outsource the work for now I think

@Jenni Bailey - Calla shoes email is an add on for attentive (SMS is their core). Email is the core for Klaviyo (SMS is the add on). Klaviyo can do a lot more for email and Attentive has a better SMS strategy.

@Willem van den Eertwegh yes google credit exists and approval was quick. You'll prob needed to be guided by the person who picks up the request as theres a lot of back and forth email confirmations you have to give. It was pretty straightforward

@Jenni Bailey - Calla shoes I suspect it's the same for all of us who aren't seasonal to January. Lower sales, lower conversion rates, smaller AOV's. We've just gotten used to 2-3 good months where we're selling without trying and now it's time to reflect. I use this time to cut costs and trim the fat. You're not alone!

yes we use shopify plus b2b - its functional and does a good job. You can either have it as part of the same store, or a separate store with a separate backend

@Isabel Malbois hi - we're in the same space. Big fan of the brand and the company. Retention is difficult in our space I think because oils last a long time (of course you guys do more than just oils). Our retention is similarly in the 20's

Hi all . I'm the founder and CEO of Nikura. We sell essential, fragrance and carrier oils to the consumer and b2b space (candle, soap makers etc.) We have a heavy Amazon background but recently have diversified to own Shopify store. hi @Mitesh Desai - i used to be in the pharmacy space after I took over my fathers pharmacy when he passed in 2008. I sold it in 2011. I miss the sector - my pharmacy friends say it has changed a lot (not in a good way).
