Hi guys, I need your help! MATCHU is doing quite well online, but next year we really want to make some progress in our offline sales. Focusing mainly on our watersport category (SUP boards). We did a succesful offline retail test with Decathlon this year, and are looking to build further on this. Our boards are very easy to sell because of our unique designs and we want to create a WIN-WIN situation for the stores and ourselves :)
Does anyone have a way for me to get in touch with sports stores, or watersports stores? It can be anywhere in Europe. Big or small, I'm open for everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea where to start.

Hi Jess, we just did a collab with 2 artists based on a fixed amount. It saves you a lot of paperwork like this, and also gives the artist some extra security. Most artists don't get rich 🙂
Just make an estimate of how many PCs you think you'll be selling next year and divide the total amount in the cost per piece. If both you and the artist are happy with that, it's a good deal!
Do you have any ideas on how you'll be telling customers about the collab? I'm open to any ideas

Hi all,
My name is Gianni from Matchu Sports in The Netherlands. We're a sport/fitness brand that mostly sells direct to consumer. We're very active on several marketplaces and expanded our sales to the rest of Europe last year.
I just joined out of curiosity: there's always something to learn from other companies and brands.
