Is anyone working with a freelance creative for their meta ads? 🙏 Particually for stills. We have a good source of UGC from affiliates and influencers and a video editor who is not bad but I'd like to test a lot more stills and my photography/design skills are not up to scratch.

Ideally UK based so we can ship them some products to shoot.

2 in-house people here, and then an external studio that we have a membership with

In the early days, we did internal as well and we had a part-time person for photography that was studying as well, so cost was relatively low but gave a lot of flexibility.
