Any Dutch founders that also see their CPM's rise a lot the past months? Ours is up 40% YoY.

maybe its because you are not in enough videos anymore 😄
Just checked for Meta and YTD we are at €6.22 compared to €7.01 lfl, so that’s -11.2% YOY (on 70% higher spend). This is NL+DE+DK. Same number of campaigns and assets.
Maybe its because you had an exceptionally good Q4?

This is one of our brands, but this is a generic trend. Q4 will always be the highest CPMs and Q1 its a big opportunity to scale with the right content and message, valentine's is big for us.

and I prefer to look at cost per 1,000 people reached, CPM is very misleading since you can have a very high frewuency and a super low CPM just by constantly hitting stories and reels

how is your “1000 people reached” cost compared to Q1 2024?

I think thats a much better metric? But I think I cannot set that up in Triplewhale?

Great tips! Looks like our cost per 1000 people reached is very high if i see this? What is yours?

this kpi you get it from meta directly, we are doing slightly better this year compared to last year on cost per 1,000 people, but its not a fair assessment.
Prices go up YoY so the logis is that CPMs would also, but you break through the tide with content and as you can see last year we had a hug click volume but i can tell you we made more money this year.

€75 per 1000 people reached

That means our frequency is really high right?

yes put CPM next to cost per 1,000 and you will see how missguided CPMs are

What is your cost per 1000 reached accounts if you view accountwide for 1 month?

Thanks for sharing

this is just one of our brands, so eveything is relative

Yea, but if ours is €75,- you would say we're having a way to high frequency

only truth is that, content will shape all the results, market conditions is just a fact you cannot change

you can check the view i just sent to see your frequency, it just means you are paying a very high price to reach 1000 people so it will get tough on all other kpis

you should see if you are not over delivering in one placement like, facebook feed

Yes, going to check that

Thanks for your response. Very helpful 🙏
