We've trained a GPT (on chatGPT) on every aspect of one of our brands and use it as a brand strategist. It's so helpful on everything from claims ladders, marketing copy, outreach templates, training new team members and soooooo much more.

this is great. do you have it set up as a project in chatgpt or where does it live? i havent gotten any more sophisticated than going back to relevant threads

We have it as a separate GPT which we’ve trained up and is confidential (it doesn’t use our data to train the mothership)
It remembers all the info and only answers from the perspective of this brand.
It even named itself Theo after I asked it what its human name would be 🤪

super nice. copying you! thank you

Hi Harry can you provide some info on how you did this / which GPT?

I’m going to do a piece with the Venice team on how we did it - I’ll leave that answer til then.
To <@U08HMSS5FSB> - the whole team use it and find it incredible helpful. I’m quite strict about who and what we train it on:
Market data
Commercial info (actuals)
Signed off BVIs etc - nothing draft as I don’t want to train it on things that are not approved.
Product training materials
Patent data
TM data etc.
I think if you are going to upload forecasts etc. then this needs to become a regular process - otherwise you’ll be asking questions and getting answers back based upon poor quality data.
