Hi all, keen to hear if anyone has implemented a quiz, like or similar?
I heard from 3 brands last week who raved about it, but their products are quite nuanced and a quiz could actually be helpful to customers.
If anyone is using a quiz:
1. How challenging is it to get customers/ prospective customers to fill this out?
2. Has it enabled you to segment better and improve the performance of your email marketing?

We use quiz kit to collect some data and recommend products. People seem to like doing it it's a fun step. but we don't push it. Cody from Jones Road Beauty talks a lot about quizzes and how useful they are for their brand.
