Hi all, how do you deal with unfulfilled orders that have been cancelled and for some reason stay in your order overview? I've contacted shopify support multiple times without succes.

@Martijn Bohncke just to understand, why is it an issue they are there? We also have TONS of them.

For sorting, when checking if everything is processed, currently. And its just annoying that our WMS figures dont match with the number on shopify. And would seem to me that its quite easy to remove them in someway.

ah okay. I would actually assumme that the info needs to be there for record-keeping, and they just don’t care to build a solution to cater to both. What about just filtering on unfulfilled and above 0?

Yeah i don't want to delete the orders, but they don't need to be fulfilled. Yeah can try with multiple filters. But seems there is just no way to remove the fulfilment request.
