Same question regarding trustpilot, with subscription fees of 1700 euro per month this is getting a little insane. How do you manage reviews?
sufficient for SEO/Validity? Our reviews (13.000+) will stay on trustpilot so the recognition is enough we think.
TrustPilot 4x our bill for the same thing, we stopped paying and moved to their free service. We put Judge on the website for product reviews and have a Klaviyo flow that sends people to Trustpilot for service reviews.

Used Webwinkelkeur previously as well, can also add
to it as well
We use Growave - I can’t justify Trustpilot costs even though our more nasty customers go on there to leave bad reviews if we don’t do exactly what they want which is annoying. growave combines reviews and a loyalty programme which we think is great value for money, they also have fantastic customer service

We stopped with trustpilot 6months ago, and are currently using LOOX (Shopify app) to keep the reviews on our own platform, this is working OK, but the only downside of it is that people that have a bad experience are still going to trustpilot and then only bad reviews will be written, which is decreasing our total score fast.

It’s €32,30 EUR*) every 30 days,

We use Trustpilot free version that we send hand picked customers too. That helps keep our score high. We then use
for displaying customer reviews on our website. gives you more control over what you show tue customer.Nothing worse when a competitor leaves a 1 star review on trustpilot and trustpilot refuse to remove it when its an obvious fake review. I've had this with trustpilot amd it takes an almighty amount of work to get them to remove fake reviews. As a result I just won't pay for them.
