Org chart / responsibility question
We've recently hired a head of growth, do you expect your head of growth to also do the media buying on the channels or do you expect him/her to manage a media buyer?

we had poor results when we tried to do it inhouse. There is value in someone who managed META only, for 5-10 brands. We turned the position of “head of growth” into a creative strategist role, looks like , so far the results are the best we had since we were 2 years old 🎉

Great thanks! I think our the main part of the role is consistent with your role description. So i think we should look for a media buyer to support.
