Is there some kind of mad lag between Xero and Shopify??

Typically theres a lag with any of these Data Aggregators (Why they only promise to be ~95% accurate on Contribution Margin etc.)

I'd monitor for a day or so and then where possible crosscheck the orders list for Anomalies :)
