Hi everyone, I’ve been reviewing our costs, and I’ve noticed that our outbound courier/postage costs are accounting for around 7-10% of our monthly expenses. This feels too high to me, and I’d love to hear how this compares to others. What percentage of your monthly outgoings typically go towards couriers or postage?

A bit the same here but part is offset with revenues. Hard to say whether 7-10pct is high, really depends on where you are shipping from and to, shipping method used, return rates, gross margins etc.
