hi all, we are currently looking to expand more on
and amazon and want to put more stock FBA/LVB. We work with Monta for our regular fulfillment. However, they are not so keen on shipping the products to amazon / for us.For that reason, we are looking for another logistical partner that can help us with ‘prepping’ shipments for amazon /
. We are currently working with , but our experience with them is terrible. Preferably the company helping with this is based in the Netherlands.Any tips?

Most of my stock is stored at Cargomate. Since they moved to Westzaan, unfortunately, a lot has been going wrong. My last shipment went to Import4you, and at the moment, the shipments going to LVB/FBA (UPS pickup) are going smoothly.

this is worrying to me - we also work with MONTA and just set up FBA with Bol+Amazon DE + Amazon UK + Zalando. Do you think we will run into issues with the replenishment @Koen van der List?

I may depend on what you agreed upon, but even if they would help us on this, the costs of sending it lvb / fba via monta would be way higher than shipping it directly via monta

is there any other deal type to make than to pay per hour for the marketplace orders? We do that (instead of paying normal picking and packing fees, like we do for DTC)

I also work with Monta for shippings to FBA/LVB. But I only let them ship the small shippings which have a lot of 'picking' work. The nasty thing for the shippings to Amazon is that (at least for my product) you have to pack the SKU's in exact the right boxes. That is also a lot of work for Monta. For LVB this is not necessary.

I pay them per hour for these shippings. The larger easier shippings go from our miniwarehouse and are shipped by Amazon-UPS which I prefer most. This is also to cut storage costs at Monta because they are quite expensive for storage. But also beware of the storage costs at Amazon, with Q4 coming Amazon will double the price.

Little side note: I've been a seller on Amazon since 2012, and I find it very time-consuming with very low margins. I don’t want to leave money on the table, so I stay. But if I had the choice now, I’d invest in other platforms. The hidden costs on Amazon, the expensive VAT compliance work, the high return rates, and the unresponsive “support” for sellers… Bol is much easier. That’s my positive feedback on Amazon 🤪

haha thats spot on. We only sell 1 product there - undershirts. And 95% of our revenue still goes through Shopify 🙂

@Kasper - LABFRESH that's smart! The bestsellers and simplest products for marketplaces.
