Hi All - I am in the process of building a start up FMCG brand in the dental space and am looking at team structures, for Marketplace management, Media Buying/PPC, and Creative (I'm sure more areas will follow)
The idea is to own as much of the process rather then relying upon external agencies.
I've been exploring off-shoring these roles and have some concerns about how to best manage an off-shore team and how to measure success.
Does anyone on here have any experience of this to share?
