Hello everyone,
We are currently working on improving our customer service, and my Customer Service Manager is looking for people in similar roles to brainstorm with and gather more insights.
Is there anyone with a customer service manager that would be open to connect and share insights? He would greatly appreciate learning from your experiences.

Actually I think my CS manager is ready for it. She has been in the role for 5 months now I think, and there are 6 student workers in her team.
