Whats the general scope/level of work? Definitely know a few

We're looking to fill a similiar position but then a German native and UK native for the DACH and UK area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ideation and development of innovative ad concepts and angles for Meta advertising, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and align with Merwave’s brand vision.
• Liaise effectively between creators and video editors to ensure smooth communication and delivery of content.
• Write compelling video scripts and attention-grabbing hooks that can be easily shared with our creators to inspire engaging content.
• Manage and guide the video editing process to compile high-quality ads from creators’ content, ensuring they are in line with the brand’s standards and ad performance goals.
• Continuously assess ad performance and provide creative recommendations to optimize results and maintain strong engagement.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in creative strategy, particularly for Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with a flair for crafting captivating video scripts and hooks.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between creators and video editors.
• Ability to analyze ad performance and translate insights into creative improvements.
