Does anyone have a recommendation for a UK based creative agency that offers local ad content and is not extremely expensive?

we are testing Hambi - will get back once we have some indications. Would not say it is cheap though (7k eur/m for ~16 new content pieces, mostly video, as far as i remember)

Ah yeah we know Hambi but we feel thats too expensive at this point
