Hi all! We're very eager to start scaling poopy.co into other European countries. What's your guys' take on this. I hear a German customer is very different from a Dutch customer.

Than again the Swedish e-com market should be 'easier' than the Dutch one.

What was the first country you guys scaled to and what were some of the bottlenecks you encountered?

We're not really worried about not getting results. We have an innovative product and not really any competitors (not any serious ones). Just hesitant if we should double down on one country or go for a strategy as you proposed: test & try out a few.
