Hey everyone! We’re at a pivotal moment in our business and I’d love to get your thoughts and advice on something important. We’re in the process of pivoting from a retail webshop to a fully digital marketplace, and we’re currently exploring several options for rolling out this transformation. Specifically, we’re considering two main routes:

1. Launching a new business unit with its own P&L, branding, website, and structure.
2. Rebranding our current business to align with the new marketplace model and name.
