And separately - does anyone use a Instagram Chat Bot to develop Instagram DMs as a sales channel - or to be used for email capture?

I’ve tried this from the SAAS side and it was terrible - equally have never been impressed as a customer

Thanks both - I've been quite impressed with it as a way to accessing a whitepaper etc.
I thought it could be quite easy as a competition opt in and data capture mechanic.
