Great post @Kasper - LABFRESH I feel your pain.... a lot of capital outlay, and a very volatile channel - the work to get customers into store is never easy (actually the instore conversion/experience is much easier as so much under our control). Having good data to understand the role of stores in our wider sales & brand awareness ecosystem helps a lot with the lost sleep ;-)

thats very true, for example data that shows the delicious migration from offline buyer to omni-channel or even online-only, after 1 visit in a store ๐Ÿ™‚
