Are you using shopify? You need to add the coupon code as a URL parameter to the message that the user gets once they've signed up to your newsletter.
i.e <https://yourstore.com/discount/COUPONCODE>
Once they've clicked on the link, the coupon code will be automatically applied to their cart.

We used to use Bold for most of our clients but ran into too many issues. We switched to I actually met the Founder on Twitter and was lucky enough to get him to schedule a meeting with my boss. So far so good.

I would test out paying upfront + affiliate for influencers that have over 50k followers with great engagement and giving out free products for nano influencers.

I dont think there's a way to sort from the inbox. The only way I know would be to click on the particular ad, click edit, and click the share button where you would see the open to "view Facebook Ad comments"
