Hi Thomas, where are you based? We worked with Google NL
#general-chat - January 13, 2025 at 04:27 PM
Hi Valerie,
On top of my head, I see two options without involving Reddit customer service:
1. Respond again in the thread with a detailed follow-up highlighting how you resolved the issue. Be transparent and focus on your commitment, this usually resonates with reader.
2. Start a fresh Reddit thread (on the same subreddit, if possible) sharing helpful tips or success stories related to your brand. If community rules allow, subtly reference your business.

Do you plan to expand to other parts of the US or do you want a short term solution?
#wholesale-tariffs - December 16, 2024 at 04:25 PM
If streamlining and reducing costs are key goals, Shopify B2B could be a strong move. The fact that it’s integrated directly into your Shopify backend means fewer syncing issues compared to juggling multiple platforms like Nuorder and CIN7.
Do you use CIN7 mainly for B2B orders?
#wholesale-tariffs - December 11, 2024 at 07:35 AM
Shopify B2B is user-friendly compared to platforms like Nuorder, what is the goal you are trying to achieve? Ease of use? customization of storefront or pricing?

Hey Luka, this question can be super subjective according to the business business model. Can you tell me a bit your sector, do you produce internally, do you have an internal team or do you outsource a lot for marketing and operations?
#everything-marketing - December 09, 2024 at 03:34 PM
Hi Miriam, I can give you my 2 cents on the demand plan with marketing and inventory data. But budgeting or launching campaign is not really my expertise. Happy to help, feel free to dm me
#tech-talk - December 09, 2024 at 03:33 PM
Let me know or dm me. I'm a bit brainstorming about this.
#tech-talk - December 09, 2024 at 03:32 PM
I would say disconnect Shopify Balance as the default for PayPal payouts. Then keep Shop Pay enabled under Shopify Payments for your checkout, but set PayPal as a separate payment method. In my head, this way Shopify fees will still apply to Shop Pay transactions, and PayPal’s standard fees will apply to PayPal transactions.
#tech-talk - December 09, 2024 at 03:30 PM
As far as I know, if you’re using Shopify Balance, PayPal payouts will auto-route there since it’s the default integration. But you can use both Shop Pay and PayPal for customer checkout while still having PayPal funds sent to your original PayPal account.
#tech-talk - December 05, 2024 at 09:34 PM
To change where fund are routed I would disable Shopify Payments as your primary processor for PayPal transactions and re-add paypal with manual setup though paypal settings

Do you mean pallets? <@U07RCFV24JF> could help you
#perks - November 26, 2024 at 04:20 PM
Just out of curiosity, do you keep 30% whole year around? How does it perform compared to a 10% pop-up?
#wholesale-tariffs - November 25, 2024 at 03:53 PM
Hi Adrian,
Do you want to send a form from your email or would you like to have also a centralized inbox with the forms and communications?Right now I'm developing something that handles that. If you want feel free to DM me, I can also give you a couple of free setups if you want a basic solution.

Hey Bella, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced. Given your situation, selling your brand is a viable option. While Flippa is a well-known platform for buying and selling online businesses, there are other marketplaces that might better suit your needs, especially considering your UK trademark and existing retail presence.
• Empire Flippers specializes in established online businesses and offers a thorough vetting process, which can attract serious buyers.
• Ideal for first-time sellers, Motion Invest focuses on websites already generating revenue and ensures all listings are vetted for legitimacy.
• Investors Club is curated marketplace that lists content and e-commerce websites, requiring content sites to earn at least $500 and e-commerce sites at least $1,000 per month

Not a CRO expert, but I can give an opinion
#general-chat - November 18, 2024 at 06:01 PM
Stackable discounts lets you combine multiple discounts into a single code. You can set tiered discounts (like 40% on some items and 10% on others) and apply them at checkout. If you know a bit of coding, you can do some scripts on Shopify, but I don't know if you are on Shopify Plus
#general-chat - November 18, 2024 at 05:59 PM
Giving my opinion without overlapping too much what others already said. Emphasize your commitment to eco-friendly practices by detailing the use of recycled and Bluesign® certified fabrics. This can appeal to environmentally conscious customers. Did you think to incorporate testimonials from other healthcare professionals? Also I would like to have some guidance in sizing for petite or regular, for who is best?
#tech-talk - November 13, 2024 at 04:30 PM
I agree with @jz jennyzhang Vimeo and Youtube (as well unlisted). If you are on Wordpress try Jetpack Video
#tech-talk - November 13, 2024 at 04:28 PM
Since you have a spreadsheet, you can use the Shopify “Order CSV” Import feature to bulk create orders. If not check apps like apps MassFulfill or Easy Fulfillmen
#uk - November 11, 2024 at 04:07 PM
Just had an issue with mold in one of our warehouses. Do you know any provider who can sanitize the place quickly and potentially save some product packages?
#tech-talk - November 11, 2024 at 01:50 PM
Without points, on top of my heads I think about
or Tiers by Bold Loyalty (part of Bold Commerce). Also Talon.one, but it's pricer, no clue how big is your client#tech-talk - November 11, 2024 at 01:46 PM
Hey Anthony, check PreProduct or Pre-Order Manager. For simpler setups, Shopify’s native “Buy Button” is a solid way to add pre-order links to Instagram, Facebook, and other sites. Create a “pre-order” product page on Shopify, generate a Buy Button, and add that link to your posts.
#logistics-operations - November 11, 2024 at 01:41 PM
Avalara is actually a solid choice for managing US sales tax, especially with international sales, as it automates tax calculation. To give a couple of toher options: TaxJar and Quaderno.
#cx-retention - November 11, 2024 at 01:33 PM
A bit of broad question, happy to have a coffe chat about it. Achieving an 80% margin is definitely ideal for profitable scaling, but lowering prices while keeping that margin can be tricky without reducing costs. You can always try to reduce costs in production, fulfillment, shipping and then also in strategical discounts.
#general-chat - November 11, 2024 at 01:30 PM
So far, we still believe that human input is needed, as AI doesn’t cover enough aspects. Depending on your stage and use case, we’ve used freelancing platforms like Fiverr or Upwork in the past. Also, check out agencies like Penji or Ad Zombies, which typically charge around $300–$700 for 5–10 creatives. Monthly subscriptions like Design Pickle or ManyPixels are also great options, offering unlimited ad creative requests.
#general-chat - November 11, 2024 at 01:25 PM
To mention a couple Shopify apps Meteor Mega Menu or Buddha Mega Menu.
#general-chat - November 11, 2024 at 01:23 PM
Brad is right, depends a bit on your product, but Faire works well. I would also check out Etsy and Verishop.
#general-chat - November 05, 2024 at 07:30 PM
I would say go for a tool if the frequency is high. Otherwise instead of automatically canceling, manually review flagged orders by checking for things like IP address vs. shipping address, or contacting the customer directly for verification. If you’re doing customer acquisition through specific channels (e.g., social ads), track whether flagged orders come from trusted sources and whitelist them over time. Lastly, I agree with @Valerie Crisp and lowering Shopify’s fraud settings. Let me know if I can help anyhow.
#wholesale-tariffs - November 01, 2024 at 10:54 AM
Which country? Product? Any other requirements?
#logistics-operations - October 31, 2024 at 11:13 AM
For me it was cool for E-Hub partners with regional warehouses in different countries, which helps reduce shipping costs and speeds up delivery times for international customers. It could have been integrating with our ecom platform and systems. Price was clear. At the end, we didn't go for it because of our EU strategy. Happy to chat about it if you want.
#everything-marketing - October 31, 2024 at 10:20 AM
You could try unique affiliate links, UTM parameters and engagement tracking (comments, shares, reposts)
#everything-marketing - October 30, 2024 at 04:43 PM
Depends on the goal, but I spoke with Brice, founder of Zaymo, and it’s on our to-do list to try it out.
#cx-retention - October 29, 2024 at 04:25 PM
I agree with Jennifer. Seal or as well PayWhirl could be a cheap option
#uk - October 28, 2024 at 03:53 PM
Did you already get a quote by famous ones like ShipBob, ShipHero, or Deliverr?
#the-welcome-mat - July 30, 2024 at 05:02 PM
Looks really cool! If you want to chat about inventory or operations, happy to chat! 😊
#the-welcome-mat - July 30, 2024 at 04:52 PM
Happy to chat! I'm focused mainly on operations and inventory.
#the-welcome-mat - July 30, 2024 at 04:49 PM
Cool stuff, what exactly do you do in operations? In my DTC brand, I'm focused on inventory management and demand planning. Happy to connect!
#general-chat - July 30, 2024 at 04:40 PM
Same as Sean. We started using our own warranties on few key products.
#logistics-operations - July 30, 2024 at 04:34 PM
I worked with
to manage operations and purchase orders. Feel free to dm me.#logistics-operations - July 22, 2024 at 07:30 PM
Since you have monthly shipments, it might be worth exploring a hybrid approach initially. Have you considered using a freight forwarder on a trial basis to compare costs and tracking?
#logistics-operations - July 22, 2024 at 08:31 AM
Switching from DDP shipping to your own freight forwarding usually makes sense when your order volume increases, costs can be lowered, or you need more control over shipments. From my experience, this transition can cut costs and improve delivery times.
What is your order volume and why do you want to move away from DDP? Did you have any specific issues?
#amazon - July 14, 2024 at 06:04 PM
I agree with @Fames Chocolates. I would use the promotion tab to create a social media promo code. This can help Amazon affiliates to share your discount.
#logistics-operations - July 11, 2024 at 07:37 AM
Are you based on West Coast? Printful and Printify. Also TeeSpring (now Spring) if you have a good following
#self-promotion - July 10, 2024 at 04:01 PM
Hi Alan, we have as well a Chinese supplier for our consumer electronics brand. I would be interested to network with you!
PS is the summit free? I can't register in link provided
#everything-marketing - July 09, 2024 at 11:04 AM
We started A/B testing landing pages when we were around 30k. However more traffic can yield faster and more statistically significant results, 50,000 unique visitors a month is generally sufficient to begin A/B testing. Probably you can start with general segments, but definitely play around it.
#logistics-operations - July 08, 2024 at 11:48 AM
Our store is based in the EU, but I know that a couple of colleagues based on the West Coast use ShipBob.
#amazon - July 08, 2024 at 11:28 AM
As for reimbursement tools, I've heard good things about tools like Refunds Manager and SellerLocker. They are designed to help with various types of FBA reimbursements, including issues with unfulfillable inventory. Never tried them personally.
#amazon - July 08, 2024 at 11:27 AM
From my experience regarding expediting removals, I contacted Contact Seller Support and bombard them about how much time I was waiting. For me worked better requesting call and trying to be insistent. If Amazon hasn't fulfilled the removal request within their SLA, you can request reimbursement.
