I've heard the same.
I've only heard bad things about yotpo long term. Clients feel trapped and stuck, and don't enjoy their service, but they feel they don't have another offer.

Hey Maxwell! From some of my clients I have heard that these are good amazon review options:
• Product inserts: Include a small card in the product's packaging that thanks the customer and asks for feedback.
• Amazon's “Request a Review” button allows you to manually request reviews for each of your orders in Seller Central within four to 30 days of purchase. This is an incredibly powerful feature that can exponentially increase your chances of receiving a review.
Side note: I help brands collect Google syndicated reviews from Website Sales. We typically collect reviews from 1/3 customers at checkout, which is pretty amazing!
