Thanks Tobi. We’re seeding 1000+ influencers per month across clients so feel like I’m qualified here
- Discovering influencers – use tools like Modash or SARAL. Use filters to narrow down to exact demographics. Use keyword to find influencers that talk about relevant topics. Then manually vet by looking at content quality & comments.
- Tracking - hard but either use a software like SARAL or a google sheets CRM. We use a mix of both. Use a tool like Archive to detect posts tagging your brand. For SARAL talk to @Yash Chavan

Influencer details depends on the scale & what details you actually need (if I’ve understood you correctly, you’re referencing shipping details etc? if not plz clarify and happy to answer).
We prioritise getting as few details as we need to keep it frictionless influencer side, even if it means slightly more time spent our side bringing it all together. We just ask + add into spreadsheet.
Seeded influencers don’t get UTM until they are affiliates. When they are affiliates it’s then unique UTM + code for each. We collect details there using a form inbuilt in whichever software we are using.

Yep should be easy done by either:
A) setting affiliate codes to the same % as the sale and ensuring they do not stack in shopify
B) setting affiliate codes to 0% and ensuring they do stack

For influencer sourcing: Pretty broad 3-100k. Engagement >2-5% depending on campaign. Audience demographics dependant on campaign. Use keyword search to narrow down to ones that talk about relevant topics. Then manual search.
For conversion to affiliate: biggest levers are strong product (that they genuinely want to use themselves) & affiliate offer (particularly commission). Alongside that it’s having a system to build relationships with each in the most efficient way possible

Yes - outreaching 4-5k influencers per month and sending out 1000+ packages.
Finding great creators at scale is a mix of:
- Building a detailed Ideal Influencer Profile
- Filtering using tools like above
- Manually checking each one to ensure brand fit And yes we’re a small team of 7

We seed 1000+ influencers per month across clients like lululemon, Fussy etc.
Fundamentally hard to track results from seeding, so instead we typically use it as a funnel to bring influencers in on an affiliate capacity.
Basically seed influencer -> build relationship -> convert into affiliate.
Then use UTM links and discount codes for hard attribution, post purchase survey for soft attribution.
We use a number of different discovery platforms to find influencers (Tagger, Modash, SARAL, Archive) and typically find 15-25 vetted, high quality profiles per hour.

We’ve found no single approach to the influencer channel works best in isolation, but the large majority of brands find best results utilising a mixture of three core strategies. That is:
- Influencer Seeding
- Influencer-Affiliate
- Paid Partnerships Each funnels into the next. Do seeding at scale, then nurture into affiliates, then run paid partnerships with the best.
In the ‘mumfluencers’ niche in particular this works incredibly well (being the most engaged audience on Instagram). We’ve outreached over 4000 Mumfluencers for one client alone (8-figure personal care brand) and consistently see great results both with awareness and conversions.

We use a mix of sheets + SARAL + Social Snowball. Way more efficient than it sounds use cases – each has it’s only use cases so it’s just a matter of understanding how to link them all together. Best tech stack for performance that we’ve found in 2.5 years
