do for a lot of clients is provide them with unique links for each influencer to use. The link drives people to a digital coupon for an in-store purchase. When someone buys in brick & mortar, we can track which influencer drove the sale. Then we pay out commissions on behalf of the brand. So now your influencer campaigns can be data-drive and performance based instead of just throwing money at influencers and hoping to see a sales lift. You can use influencer marketing. But use Groflo's digital coupons so that you can track which influencers drive in-store sales. Then drop the ones that don't and put the good ones on commission. Definitely go with one of the influencer platforms. They have done all the work for you. When you need to give them links to track an in-store sale back to an influencer and pay them commission let me know. That is the piece of the puzzle the Groflo does.

The first step is to review any contracts or agreements that you have with the other two partners. Are there standards set for performance. In the absence of that, create a paper trail of your challenges in case they try to challenge you in court. Send both a letter outlining the things that you want them to do first.

On our retailer-independent digital coupons we have found a slightly higher signup rate when we require a phone number vs email address. We believe because it's faster to type. When we allow people to select either or, the signup rate is the same as when we just require email address.

We have client that wanted to segment their CRM with people who have bought in brick & mortar vs those who haven't. So we ran a digital coupon e-mail campaign with them and flowed redemption data into their Klaviyo. Now in their CRM they know who has made a purchase and who has not. They use this data to separate their email campaigns, sending different messaging to people who have bought, vs those who have not.

I threw a big Cinco de Mayo party at my house in Ghana. It really depends on the offer and what you are trying to accomplish. If you are trying to drive trial to create a lifetime customer, then once is enough. But if you need to increase sales velocity then I would allow more than one use. By the way, we can do digital coupons for you so you can extend this influencer program to brick & mortar sales. Why are influencers and influencer marketing agencies not branching out to driving brick & mortar sales now that platforms like Groflo can track attribution and pay out influencers for brick and mortar sales? Online sales are only 20% of commerce. There is a lot of money being left on the table.
