Iâm a novice at CRO, but some thoughts:
⢠overall it looks pretty solid!
⢠If thereâs a way to bring the ad to cart to be above the fold or higher up, try it
⢠I didnât like the âresults you thought in your dreamsâ image. The last image with product in use seemed better and more relevant.
⢠Put the number of reviews in addition to 5 stars
⢠For the 3 and 6 pack, would put how much cheaper per strip they are rather than just the discount and strike through price
⢠You have the 5 star reviews again under the âget yours nowâ button, which is redundant and makes me trust the reviews less.
⢠One question wasnât answered: can I reuse the strips? Or are they one time use. Doing price per night if they are reusable might be interesting.

hey @Kelly VanRavenswaay congrats on the success so far in the US market!
1. oof - we've just been submitting seller support tickets and calling until we get a capable rep that can help... sometimes takes a while. The SAS sales team explicitly says they are not seller support and they really didnt do much for us with issue resolution. Some of the folks above might have a better experience with this type of issue though.
2. the same exact thing happened to us for our top keywords. We have the highest reviews, number of units bought in the past month, etc. but ranked lower on organic search. My theory is the current amz search algorithm is ranking lower cost items higher up. It forced us to start bidding on top keywords in PPC.

wow, does nemoship help remove placement fees for smaller "trickle in" shipments? @Fred McKinnon the larger shipments we've found dont have a placement fee through seller central. We just dont want to send that much inventory in
#ops-inventory - March 27, 2024 at 06:22 PM
we've also disconnected amazon MCF with our website and will just fulfill those orders through our 3pl now
#ops-inventory - March 27, 2024 at 06:15 PM
we've been sending in product to FBA each week based off sales, the new placement fee is doubling the cost per unit to send into amazon.
#ops-inventory - March 25, 2024 at 06:33 PM
I think so. We were never selected đ˘ no guarantees @Kennedy Horton
#ops-inventory - March 21, 2024 at 03:51 AM
tldr;
⢠the only strategic insights we had was our rep pushing to do amazon deals and spend even more on PPC
⢠I had to remind our rep each meeting about our business and what mattered to us
⢠the SAS core team is not enabled with tools to actually help mitigate any issues. we got caught in endless cycles of submitting separate escalations, which ultimately did not resolve anything. it's a better use of time to call seller support until you get a competent support rep, since seller support can actually do something about your issue. SAS core "watches" tickets and escalations, but cannot do anything to resolve issues themselves.
⢠you're paying a minimum monthly fee + a portion of revenue for a program that did not deliver any value to our business
#ops-inventory - March 20, 2024 at 03:58 PM
PSA - please learn from our mistake, dont signup for the Amazon SAS Core program. We wasted so much time and money with this program. It was so bad that I feel compelled to post here warning folks.
#ops-inventory - March 10, 2024 at 12:26 AM
we do, only downside is more API calls and could slow down your website

Anyone get their annual US import customs bonds through DB Schenker? flexport was charging $500, but this seemed about 1/2 the price
#general-chat - January 14, 2024 at 11:17 AM
Amex business line of credit - they acquired kabbage a couple years ago
#general-chat - January 12, 2024 at 05:43 PM
+1 to faire. Been good for us too.
#general-chat - January 12, 2024 at 05:42 PM
Youâll want to check your margins, but typically youâll have the margin since you wonât need to pay for shipping (they do) or marketing spend for the order
#general-chat - January 12, 2024 at 05:41 PM
we're mostly ecomm and we're also in ~60 retail locations. These wholesale accounts want to purchase products for at least 1/2 off MSRP. This way they can pay for rent, employees, shipping the product to their stores, account for their profit, etc.

Weâve use PressHook for PR and had some good results to manage the outreach

Every blog or press outlet makes affiliate money now
#marketing-creatives-lp - January 08, 2024 at 09:27 PM
i'm conflicted on gifting influencers, we've done it with PR and had some great results for press mentions
#marketing-cx-cs-retention - January 08, 2024 at 09:25 PM

Our SAS core rep is clueless
#ops-inventory - December 31, 2023 at 12:23 PM
Has anyone successfully gotten the "Contact the manufacturer" information up and running on their amazon profile?
#ops-inventory - December 31, 2023 at 12:22 PM
google sheets! I chatted with a friend who was at an FBA aggregator business, and they still ran everything out of excel, with some automations / macros etc. This gave me some validation that my gsheet is ok.
#tiktok - December 29, 2023 at 01:43 AM
TT Support said there was a big site wide issue today. My products are still suspended
#general-chat - December 28, 2023 at 05:22 PM

#marketing-content - December 28, 2023 at 05:16 PM
I just signed up for the amex business gold for our ad spend at 4x points on the spend...gets way more points than our platinum and chase ink card for ad spend.
If anyone wants to do the same, this link in a private browser gave me a 150k point signup bonus. Public offer is 70k.
