We are a small brand still for Amazon and we sell organic pads through Vendor and also as Seller FBA. We have recently started and are in doubt about what should work best:
1. portfolio: should we have the same SKUs we have for FBA available for Vendor too? (Amazon doesn’t necessarily put a PO for all SKUs, but they do, would they give some preference for the asin in the Vendor?)
2. Ads: how can we leverage Ads when having the SKUs in Vendor and Seller instead of "competing” for the same key words?
We are located in Brazil, but I guess the process and algorithm work in the same way as in the US.

We dont do a "deck" but I do a consolidated analysis on Notion.

• overview of metrics for the past 90 days
• metrics by type of campaign (Advantage, Remarketinf, etc)
• Metrics by type of Ad - we classify all Ads by: format, main claim, pain/solution.
• And we do a qualitative analysis: why those Ads are doing good and why some Ads didn’t perform.
Would love also to here more benchmarks. :)

Hi everyone! I would like to benchmark how you do the analysis in a more high level basis on Ads. Do you classify the Ads to group them and have a more general understanding of what is working and what is not?

Here, I run a general analysis every 2 months, classifying all Ads using the variables:
• format: video/carroussel
• pain or solution
• theme: allergy/discomfort/etc
• main claim: here we test different sentences/claims
I run this analysis, think of hypotheses and next tests to be run.

How do you guys do?

As of now, I don’t work with gift cards. But from my experience with GAAP (worked at GE), this should be a deferred revenue and revenue recognized only when the card is redeemed.

Hi! Taking the opporunity for another benchmark.
How do you do the brainstorm for new Ads?

Here:
• we have a monthly meeting where i bring the analyses from past Ads - formats, claims that worked or not in the past X weeks.
• We all bring new ideas - but it depends a lot on people creativity and searching for inspirations beforehand.
• we usually look for new claims and new formats (how should be first slide or first take of the video)
