Hello @Andrew Cheng, we are doing the same at the moment for Kustomer. I don't know about Richpanel, but the way we do it is to use a webhook in Kustomer to call a workflow in n8n and call the Kustomer API back to create the draft.

We didn't but (they didn't asked), but with shared the pricing of the different quote. They made and effort on their new quote but in the end we switched to Mollie. @Nate D

@Nate D For us what worked is that we got multiple different quote for other Psp and ask them to align or we switch. They made a better offer but we switched anyway.

@David Baker We are starting to deploy a few agent workflow internally, via N8N and Anthropic agent.

From our experience, the bottleneck is mostly with data quality and precision / description of the target worflow. Happy to learn more if you find the right partner.

You need to enable deduplication by making sure you are using the same unique identifier with the Pixel and the CAPI.

You can check if you're store is still using v1/v2 API in Klaviyo Developper Dashboard. In our case we were using an old version of the script on our frontend.

@Kanish Jain Sure, We use custom_data on our CAPI Integration, the doc is here : https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/parameters/custom-data . What you can do is add a new / returning parameters on the purchase event and if you want you can also add a New Customer revenue / Repeat revenue parameters and then add the custom dimension on FB report.
