HELP… I’m a smaller brand and this is the first time we’ve run up against Lunar New year shipping concerns (launched last Feb). We were provided UPS tracking info on 1/21 but UPS still doesn’t have possession of the shipments and it’s never taken this long. We ship by air and they typically have possession within a few days. Is it possible this will not ship out of China? I’m out of stock on our biggest seller and this shipment is a massive restock. Of course the manufacturer hasn’t been responsive when asked for local shipping information since they are shut down.

I’m not there yet, but I’ll be going with Rebuy. They’re all algorithm based and have a great team. You can put their recommendations anywhere - product carousel, checkout and branded tracking pages.
