We’re looking for someone ambitious, fast-moving, and creatively sharp—a designer/editor hybrid who wants to grow their skills and career inside a clean beauty brand that’s scaling quickly. If you’re scrappy, self-motivated, and obsessed with making content that stops the scroll, this is for you.

This role is all about creating high-converting, elevated visuals—especially TikTok-style video ads with a polished, modern feel. Think: beauty brand meets performance creative. Your designs should look expensive, feel on-trend, and perform like hell.

You’ll own:
• Ad creative (priority #1): Design and edit short-form, engaging, both TikTok-style and high-end videos, and static ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TV, and TikTok Shop.
• Email design: Build visually compelling emails that feel editorial but drive conversion. We use Klaviyo & Figma.
• Site & app assets: Homepage features, product page visuals, mobile banners, and app store graphics.
• SMS & promo graphics: Banners, popups, and assets that elevate the brand experience.
• Media buyer support: Work closely with our performance team to test creatives, iterate fast, and optimize what’s working.
You will be the best fit if:
• You love clean beauty, skincare, wellness, or a non-toxic lifestyle.
• You’re obsessed with TikTok and Instagram trends and can adapt fast.
• You understand CPM, CTR, ROAS, and MER—and design with those goals in mind.
• You don’t need hand-holding. You love autonomy, and you’re proud of your hustle.
• You’ve used creative ops tools like Air, Notion, or Asana.

Beauty by Earth is hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (one person) to make ad creatives. We are looking for someone overseas, ideally near shore.

Must-haves:
• Video editing is a requirement. You must be confident in creating UGC-style, jump-cut, text-overlay video ads designed for TikTok, Reels, and paid social.

For Google traffic direct to Amazon - I would use a brand referral link from Amazon to track and get 10% back.

I wouldn't take Meta and Google straight to Amazon. I'd take them to Shopify and let the spillover occur on Amazon. You can track it from a high level by the branded search volume

I think overall it looks pretty good. Only thing I'd say is that you have a ton of focus on the product features and not why someone would buy it. For example, why would someone buy this product? Fills them up with more protein? I'd probably also focus on what it tastes like (people care about this). and I'd look at what people are saying about your competitors as then you will know what to include on your listing.

Marketplace Managers are responsible for overall channel growth. They deal with listing changes, down listings, optimization (design work done by others), making sure listings are compliant, etc. They also do promo plans yes.

I have used Alibaba for 10 years for hard goods. It is very easy to use. I have several packaging suppliers in China. Plastic is different than glass, so you kind of need to decide what you want. Or if tubes, thats different yet again.

Hi Mark, I personally recommend MDS. Been in there for 4 years and its a great group where you will meet some top notch sellers.

On the events, my absolute favorite open event is Innovate, which is in November each year in NYC. Other than that the events that MDS puts on throughout the year bring me the most value. I do 8 figs on Amazon so need higher level stuff than is offered in other groups.

As for my team, I have a total of 8 people who work on nothing other than Amazon. I have a Marketplace manager for US and one for Canada. I have a Director over the whole team. I have a graphic designer who does nothing other than optimizing our listings (CRO type stuff through her designs), I have a product Launch/Growth Specialist and another lady that works on the launch team.

And for the whole team there are 2 admin assistants.

My husband does our PPC (managing about 350K/mo in spend) and very few people will watch our money like ourselves.

Im definitely working on it. Too tumultuous with the relationship between China and USA. Tariffs also don't help. Trying to bring as much of it back to the USA as possible, or other countries with NAFTA.
