Hey, just starting product seeding with a small brand, so low number of products sent.

1. For starting out, would you go with getting bigger local influencers and making a more custom goodie boxes, mid-sized influencers or actually go to people not even real influencers, but more focused that they fit the target persona for our future customers.
2. How do you structure the initial communications, i'm guessing its a different approach than influencer collabs, here you're not really asking them for "deliverables", more just sending the product to test out and what... "please share it if you want to"? type of messaging? I'm sending out products that are in the 40-60€ price range for context

Anyone has a recommendation for finding/hiring a salesperson for US market? I'm working with a creative production agency that wants to expand to US brands, but they've failed at setting up a sales process & org that wound enable them to land US clients in-house. My thinking was, since their offering isn't very complciated (copywriting, content shoots, video ads, statics...), their costs are pretty low (local talent) but quality is on par with what US based UGC/creative agencies are offering, they could afford to offer a decent % of deal as commission to a sales person that already has some experience in ecom/DTC, some contacts.... Anyone has experience or recommendations on what would be a good way to approach this, where to start looking?

Yeah, have very weird deliveries and traffic quality on certain EU countries that i run, but not on others, it does feel like the entire system is still a bit "up-in-the-air"

Most of the cases where you see traffic converting really well from landing on homepage is existing/past customers. For new custoemrs/cold traffic, landing pages will outperform that in 90% of the cases. Will vary on what the actual lander is, things like quiz funnels work great for a lot of skincare brands + you can put a bundle at the end of that as a recommendation. Going straight to PDP also works, but especially if you have bigger catalog size, things like "5 reasons why" listicles are a great bridge between the ad and the product detail page.

We're on Woocommerce so we use a different tool, but i cant stress how much having a tool like this changed our business, really cool!
