Meta/DTC sales and Amazon are doing well. The team is happy with performance π On Meta it looked good Friday so we pushed budget which worked incredibly well, best sales day ever to date I think. Then CAC went up Sat/Sun so we scaled spend back and CAC is back down again. Overall, going well π

@Safia M. uploading the exact packaging and instructing it to follow exactly this packaging, and don't change anything else about the image. We still need to clean up the bottom part of the text on the left side of the packaging but it's 99% of the way there!

Maybe I'm bad at this, how are you getting good results <@U07L0TR0XDF><@U083PGS17MK>? The end result on mine has incorrect packaging and lacks the editorial qualities of the reference images despite written instructions. If these take less than 10 mins a pop to make then I'm fine to do them but if they take longer we may need a partner to make these, and simply supply creative brief (ie those reference images etc).

π ISO Someone skilled in AI-driven editorial product photography to create photorealistic CPG images using our real product + AI-generated food/tabletop scenes. Styles: Graza, Loewe x fruit, bold food stacks, hard-flash tabletop, drips, hands, etc. (Reference images attached.) Must be comfortable with tools like Midjourney v6, Runway Gen-3 Alpha, Kling, and Photoshop for clean compositing + lighting/shadow matching. We're v scrappy so affordable is very much preferred. π
My hunch is that these ARE possible with AI exclusively now (as opposed to a $10k photoshoot for ex), but let me know if you disagree. Would rather not waste time going down this rabbit hole if others here tried this route and it didn't work out.

@Jeremy Sniezko wait im intrigued, mind expanding on that? Custom GPT for restricted niche? We're scaling ad creative and expanding our creative partner bench so it'd be nice to be able to have this be a thing for us (in the supplement space too). We've just hired an automations specialist who will spend the first few weeks learning all bottlenecks across team members, then prioritize projects that would be most impactful. I'm sure we could pass this off to him. Would love to learn how you built that / if that's something we could get our new hire to do!

We're looking to do more within Superfiliate, the affiliate platform we use. We're doing a test run of 40 affiliate partnerships where they submit content to us based on a brief and we'll run it as a dark post meta ad. This is partly to see if we want to scale affiliate partnerships for meta ad content, or focus our attention elsewhere. Other than that, we have found putting our attention towards other marketing endeavors has made more sense as opposed to growing our affiliate network. We are in the supplement space though so compliance is a risk when you have many people making claims on socials about our product that may/may not be compliant. We're a little more strict on who we approve on the affiliate side because of that. However, we are exploring Tiktok seeding which is more of a volume game so we'll see...!
