We need someone to help us build out our first store from scratch. We’re doing quite well on AMZ & TTS, and have enough top of funnel going that we battle 100s of knock offs & counterfeiters on both marketplaces monthly. Ive actually not seen anything like it working on bigger brands in previous years. We’re in the Korean Skincare space, 1 SKU (but an additional 2-Pack as well) + another SKU scheduled to launch in Nov. this year.

@Mordechai Nir I was just referencing costs of an agency for a website. From my experience it used to be fairly easy to spend $50k on a new website + 6 months of time. But with how things have changed in the last year to two, I feel like there might have been some commoditization with this stuff due to coding being a lot different and automated/faster.

Does anybody know of a Shopify Store Agency or Team they recommend? Have a lot of momentum/sales on TTS & AMZ, and need to build this out, but with the way AI seems to have changed the game even in the last year, Im unsure how how to approach this. Is it foolish to pay for an agency $10-50k like we would have just 2-3 years ago?

I remember @Moiz Ali & @Nik Sharma talking through their ideal Post-Purchase Survey Questions broken up by New & Returning Customers on an episode sometime in the last year, but can't seem to pin point it.
