Wild black friday idea: if you have a free shipping bar in cart and are offering an automatic black friday discount above a threshold (say $50), change the free shipping text to say “Spend $X more to unlock the 30% Black Friday discount”. And “Congratulations, you’ve got the 30% Black Friday discount!” when threshold is met. Thoughts?

i think its smart - a use of fomo. I like using scarcity a real countdown timer and push notifications to be like you have 5 min left oh no! + fomo (we only do sales 3 times a year with bf being the biggest)
