How is everyone’s BFCM going today @here?!

We’ve seen .5 to 1.0 ROAS for accounts that have <$150 AOV. Great ROAS for accounts over $150 AOV.

It could also be that the larger AOV brands were forced to invest heavier into brand marketing so they had more awareness going into BFCM.

Next year I will be a lot more conscious of this + making pre-launch BFCM CRM lists where people opt-in manually.

CPMs on most accounts are also 3x today!

My clients are $200 AOV +

My best client performance launched a new product at full price on BF.

I have noticed the CPM costs 🚀

Well I just woke up from a 2+ hour nap after eating a huge feast. So I haven’t even checked yet lol. But was up this AM around 11

So good!

We track to projected CAC/LTV and payback rather than ROAs. Normal cohorts are like 8 months payback, projected payback on this cohort is 2.5 months. Normal projected CAC/LTV 7.7, this cohort more like 19.

Also probably double our largest ever acquired cohort. Hope everyone else is killing!

i have no idea if it’s working, but I have some video thru play ads running to my engaged audience SUPER cheap.

No button on the ad, literally just trying to hit as many eyeballs as possible for nex tto nothing
