Friends! Would you be aware of any tools that can help check if our email campaign has hit the spam folder for BFCM opt-in non buyers? We have one indicator, open rates which have been low.. but are Klaviyo open rates reliable?
A similar campaign has been a great success on buyers- hence the confusion!

Klav open rates are usually reliable. I would just search spam check tool on google, a lot of sites offer a free spam check where you just send the email to their checker and they see how it scores on spam filters. There are a ton of these out there.

Thanks Peter!

i actually don't think klaviyo open rates are reliable or true, but that's because most of our lists are apple/iOS users so they're falsely inflated more often than not. if your list is more android users it might be more true. biggest thing is to use it directionally and see if it's down vs. where it used to be

remembre that inboxes are also crowded right now; a user who might have gotten 50-100 emails a day before is probably getting 200-300 now (as someone who is on a lot of mailing lists having worked in ecomm a long time, i get about 1,000 right now, up from about 400 day before this period)

This. My gmail is begging me to clear stuff and get more storage space haha. Me and every other person in ecomm...
