What's the best carrier to ship large orders (a few hundred pounds at a time) internationally? We've had issues with DHL damaging our boxes.

Also true, I meant the chocolates are all arriving damaged, only pallets I had luck with but that takes 2+weeks in transit and more expensive

Yeah like <@U081Z0JQ718> said, ups/fdx/dhl all have about the same damage/error rate. Tinkering with the packaging is a great step and determining whether smaller boxes might be better - that high weight might be difficult for carriers to support

Yeah, we ship a total of a few hundred pounds at a time, each box is 30 lb. Pallets takes way longer to arrive and way more expensive
