How do you manage shipping from multi warehouses in different countries?
We have a US 3pl and a CA warehouse and we want Shopify to only display stock from our US 3pl for our US customers. However, when we run out of inventory in our US warehouse, it'll still show up as available through our CA warehouse.
We've tried to set up via different shipping profiles but since 1 product is only able to show up on 1 profile, if it show up on our US only shipping profile, the same product is not available to be shipping on our CA profile.
Does anyone have any tips? Thank you!
I think there's a way to do that inside shopify, but It sounds like you need to get a middleware or order management system that can allow you to do that as opposed to using Shopify natively. There are some fairly inexpensive systems out there that allow you to do that in addition to improving the overall order experience or after-order experience. Happy to send you over some examples if you'd like.

A lot of the inventory automation apps we found is only able to move/cancel the orders after it is placed but can't adjust the inventory real time

Hey Anubhav! No we didn't as since we have around 400 SKUs right now and having to duplicate each product for each market would be a lot of work to set up + maintain (was just hoping for something easier). I believe I checked out your app in the past but I think it had this function.
