Anyone have advice on how to get customers to contact you through the amazon portal before complaining on reviews?

We get people contacting us directly which is great. But even as an amazon customer - IDC how to contact sellers. Even the other day I was trying to do it for a purchase and I go to frustrated and gave up haha. ironic that they are so serious about ONLY contacting on amazon when they make it so difficult

usually a typeform or some of inquiry form could do the trick

Thanks @Doğu - Amazon Ads Verified Partner - maybe I miss-understand or miss-explained but if we do type form that would be counted as contacting us off Amazon; right?

To be clear, the goal is to get issues resolved before they become a negative review. And ideally make it a positive experience/ review 😄 .

How does Typeform play into this?

Yes, correct.

Most Amazon customers aren't looking to hold a conversation with you - it's either to ask a question or complain. By taking them off Amazon for better communication (because of how utterly difficult it is to contact Amazon Sellers) and quite literally putting it in their hands (qr code on a box/bottle/etc), you become in control.

you can still usher them into making a positive review through this.

typeform could help with getting customer info + data for your own marketing purposes. otherwise you can do a linktree as well, that directs customers to whatever you please!
