Amazon Reviews: Our agency recommended this service
to get more reviews on Amazon. Has anyone ever used it? Is is Amazon TOS compliant?
I’m honestly skeptical of anything related to Amazon reviews these days, but this actually looks pretty legit.
As long as their survey form keeps everything related to reviews as “optional” for Amazon customers, then it looks like it would be above board. Their “Amazon Compliance” help doc covers this really well.
Key thing is to make sure that any request for reviews is completely optional and not tied to their ability to get any discounts, free product, etc. The customer should be able to get it without leaving a review.

I never did anything with reviews either. A review percentage that is higher than usual can trigger Amazon's bot. Also, the majority of these practices are illegal.

Thank you @Stephanie Danforth and @Fames Chocolates These are help point of views

I recommend to not do anything like that!

@Cata Anghel Our consultants said like they have 10 other companies doing this. Have you had a bad experience with something like this?

Amazon will come after this platform the same way they did in the past. And any company that used this platform will be banned from Amazon.

Stop using these platforms. They are used by too many. Find other way to get reviews. Start by delivering great products. It’s the easiest way to get reviews immediately 😁

@Cata Anghel Got it. Thank you
